Generally our Refund policy is applicable in extremely drastic or exceptional situations. Any discrepancy or fault from our side may bring out refund issues, but only after examining the entire situation.

For Classes being cancelled for indefinite time or permanently, students are eligible to get full refund of their course fees.

For Classes or Creative Services, where informed date and time duration is not being fulfilled, refund might take place, but a certain percentage of the total amount shall be deducted (as the service has not been cancelled completely from our side).

For any sudden changes in decision from the customer’s side, no refund shall be generated.
